What is kept, who sees it, and how to remove it.

Every call is recorded (callers are told) and kept with its transcript, so you can check what was said.
Your business's data sits in its own separate database. Only people you add under Settings → Sign-in users see it.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Calls are processed by our technology partners only to answer them.
You are responsible for what you write in your training, and for telling your callers about the service where the law asks.
