Cancel and refunds

Two ways to cancel, and what you get back.
7-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 7 days of your first payment and you get all of your first month's plan fee and half of the setup fee back (minutes beyond 100 are deducted).
After that, cancel any time under Settings → Plan & minutes:
- At the end of the month: no more charges; your assistant keeps answering until the paid month ends. No refund.
- Now, with a refund: your assistant stops at once and we refund half of the unused part of the month, less the minutes already used. The page shows the exact amount before you confirm, and a credit note is made.
The setup fee and extra minutes are not refunded. If we cannot get your number working within 7 days of payment, you get everything back. Full terms: Refund and cancellation policy.
