Plans, minutes and GST invoices

Short guides for running your AI phone assistant.

How minutes are counted and billed.

Plans include a number of minutes each month; see Pricing. A one-time setup fee is added to the first payment.
Minutes: each call is counted in 30-second steps, so a quick 20-second call is half a minute. Test calls from the portal are free.
Running out: you get an email at 80% and 100%. Calls never stop: extra minutes are billed at your plan's extra-minute rate.
Payment: monthly, automatically, by card or UPI through Razorpay. If a payment fails and Razorpay gives up, the service pauses; paying again starts it at once.
GST invoices: made for every payment, with your GSTIN and address from your documents. Download them under Settings → GST & invoices, where you also change who they are made out to.
Coupons: type your code on the payment step.
