Every Monday morning you get one email with last week's numbers:
- calls answered and minutes used, and how many your assistant handled on its own;
- requests taken and how many are still open;
- transfers to your people, and any that were missed;
- the questions it could not answer (answer them in one click);
- minutes left in your plan this month.
It goes to your sign-up email and your alert emails. Switch it off under Settings → Alerts & reports.
